Policies at Rē
At Rē, we do have a few policies:
- If the weather is challenging enough that Tulsa Public Schools are affected, Rē may close, if the travelling conditions are bad. Please understand, our concern is not only the safety of our therapists and practitioners, but also for our clients. You should not have to endure stress to get to your massage! In the case that we close, scheduled appointments will be notified as soon as possible.
- There is no fee for cancelling your appointment. If, however, you cancel twice in a row, Rē reserves the right to ask you to pay in advance prior to your next scheduled session. If you miss that appointment, you will forfeit the session fee, and will not be able to schedule another appointment without first speaking to a staff person at Rē.
- We leave at least fifteen minutes between appointments. If you are going to be later than expected, please call us at 918.994.AtRē (2783). If you will be arriving more than fifteen minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten the session, or may ask you to reschedule the appointment. Likewise, if you are going to be earlier than expected, please feel free to come in, and understand that we will attend to you as soon as possible, without sacrificing another client's appointment.
- Sessions at Rē are by appointment only, with the exception being RēFlex. We will do our best to accomodate you if you come in without setting an appointment, but chances of getting a "walk in" appointment are slim. For appointments that require advance preparations or room considerations (pregnancy massage, ReSoleutions, etc..) we may not be able to accomodate walk ins.
- If there is an issue of a bounced check, or if you have issues with a credit card being declined unexpectedly, don't fret. Rē will not set the financial harpies on you. We will ask that, after the unexpected event, that you arrange an alternative method of payment. Clients that have a check bounce or credit card declined more than twice will not be able to schedule without first speaking to a staff member at Rē.
- If you have accessibility issues and need a ramp set up instead of the stairs, please let one of the staff know in advance of your arrival. Becasue the traffic flow goes through the classroom, we may need to adjust the time of your appointment in order to make sure that a class is not interrupted.
- If something is offensive to you, let us know. If you say or do something that is offensive, we sure will let you know too!
