First, an explanation......This is the first time that we have practiced in the 'Midtown' part of Tulsa, and even though we know quite a few restaurants and businesses here, we don't get to visit them as much as we would like. One of our core beliefs is that we need to support our neighbors, and let people know about the small businesses around us! Also, some of our clients have had questions like "where's a good place to eat after my massage?". Here are a few suggestions that we have. Keep in mind, not all of the restaurants in our area are listed, we have done our best to present you only what we feel are the best, and have visited ourselves! These are not paid or compensated endorsements, either - in some cases, we had to create the graphics (sorry if this offends the restaurtants). Bon Appetit!

From the moment that we moved in, Dragon Moon has been one of our absolute favorite places to visit, both to have a casual lunch, grab a great tea, or just drop in to sample a dessert. The service is outstanding, the ambiance is wonderfully accented by beautiful artists, and the food is incredible! There is always a new offering of specialty teas, and we have never been steered wrong by a suggestion from our server. They also offer 'high teas' and catering. You can order tea by the cup, glass, or by the pot, personally, I recommend sharing a pot of a tea you haven't tried yet. I just wish I had more time to visit!

A Tulsa tradition for as long as I can remember, Big Al's is the best place in town for the health conscious. Convienient at 15th and Harvard, but parking is a bit tricky. Be patient, and careful! A great quick healthy meal (I like the Oriental Chicken Wrap - with a Peanut butter & Chocolate Smoothie; Xerlan is a carrot Juice with almost anything on the menu..). Only drawback is that Big Al's is only open until 4pm, so if I miss lunch, I don't get dinner! Visit them online at
