Our Location:
We are located on 71st street, between Lewis Ave. and Riverside Drive, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are on 71st street, on the north side of the street, just east of the Joe Creek Channel. Our practice is inside Utica Physical Therapy on South Utica Avenue.
Take the Lewis Exit from Interstate 44, continue south to 71st Street, turn right (west) on to 71st street, through the traffic light. We are on the north side of the road, in the same building as Cornerstone Medical.
